Shipping is available to the destinations below. All rates are listed in Israeli shekels (ILS).

Free Studio Pickup

You can collect your order free of charge from MISH CERAMICS Studio, 8–10 Hakabai Street, Karmiel, Israel.

Pickup is available by prior arrangement with Michelle, once your order is ready for collection.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

At MISH CERAMICS, every piece is handmade with love and care. We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Order Cancellations

In accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law, online purchases may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or the transaction details document, whichever is later.

For cancellations that are not due to a defect or an error on our part, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, may apply.

The customer is responsible for returning the item to our studio and covering the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be issued in accordance with applicable law, within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives broken, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us.

We will arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund or replacement in accordance with applicable law, without cancellation fees or return shipping costs on your part.

Special Cancellation Rights

Extended cancellation rights for eligible customers aged 65 or over, new immigrants, and people with disabilities apply in the circumstances specified by Israeli Consumer Protection Law.

Nothing in this policy limits or overrides any consumer rights provided by applicable law.
